


REFUND POLICY
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Our refund policy applies to all bookings made through our website.
By completing a booking, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. CANCELLATIONS

Free Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 DAYS before the arrival date. If you cancel within this period, no charges will apply.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 5 DAYS in advance, 100% of the first night's rate will be charged.
3. NO SHOW
In case of a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the card used for the reservation.
4. MODIFICATIONS
Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
If the arrival date or room type is modified, the rates in effect at the time of the modification will apply.
5. EXCEPTIONS
In exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or situations beyond our control, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You will need to provide the relevant documentation for this.
6. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, you must send an email to info@el-peregrino.com with the following information:
Full name
Reservation number
Reason for cancellation
7. REFUND TIMEFRAME
Once the refund request is approved, we will process it within 15 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date.
